Which car audio brand is better? Sony or Pioneer?

Hi,
I am looking for car audio mp3 player with USB support.
I liked sony 484 but also wanted to explore other brands before buying it finally.

Car : Xing
Existing equipment installed : preinstalled
Music tastes : Pop, rock etc
Budget : 6K (for player only, excluding speakers)
Location : pune

Well, not saying Sony is bad but overall SQ point view go for Pioneer/Kenwood hus anytime...

Infact kenwood is best option. For me my Pioneer sounds little harsh. Its personal again.

Personally I would like to go first Kenwood/Blaupunkt & then pioneer.

hi,
when u are looking for a system for a kind of budget u have there are not too many good option, if comparing betwn sony and pioneer in entry level segment sony is better then pioneer, get JVC also auditioned, i came to know that the new 2010 line up in jvc will have 5v 2 preouts even in entry level with all sorts of sq, just got brefied from the local distt.. so watch out for it , already there exad series are doing very well in the market with regards to high end installs.
so better wait lot to offer in 2010
